House Care Egypt has its own MAID TRAINING CENTER in Egypt for training imported maids from Indonesia and other countries such as Filipino and African. In our training center, the potential INDONESIAN MAIDS are interviewed and evaluated by our INDONESIAN MAID AGENCY in terms of their attitude, experience, motivation to work, and commitment before being accepted into our center for further training.
All candidates will get a minimum of 15 days training of which all aspects of the domestic household requirements will be taught; Basic English communication, Basic Egyptian Arabic, infant care, children care, elderly care, general housekeeping, cooking Egyptian food. More importantly, they are briefed on the differences in Egypt’s culture and expectations of employers as compared to their own nature. Only when they are ready for the work then we will arrange them for meeting employers in Egypt.
