Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership on the development of appropriate HR Policies for internal and external.
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership on the management of the HR department.
  • Assess current and future policy requirements to support strategic aims in conjunction with the top management.
  • Research best practice to enable best design of policies.
  • Manage the implementation and review of HR policies.
  • Assess the equality and diversity impact of all HR policies (Internally and Externally).
  • Provide strategic oversight and direction to Remuneration policy and practices.
  • Develop appropriate employment conditions and support to staff and hired candidates for internal and 3rd parties.
  • Monitor employment legislation developments, assess the impact on Webhelp and develop policies to maintain legal compliance
  • Provide direction on staff engagement so that the company regularly measures and responds to staff feedback to improve the company as a place to work.
  • Play a central role, in conjunction with the Director of Human Resources in forward planning and strategy development for the Division as a whole.
  • Provide oversight of the company’s approach to job evaluation to maintain consistency and fairness and assess appropriate methodologies for implementation.
  • Provide guidance on the interpretation and application of HR policies and procedures within HR and across the company.
  • Critically assess and develop policies in line with internal and external influences, particularly taking account of the international perspective.
  • Develop a co-ordinated and consistent approach to the way in which the company engages with all staff directly and indirectly.
  • Benchmark and modernise terms and conditions, remuneration and benefits.
  • To undertake other duties commensurate with the grade as requested by the Director of Human Resources.

 

  • Job Requirements:
    • 5+ years of relevant work experience in HR
    • 5+ years of work experience in the business process outsourcing industry.
    • Bachelor's Required; Master's Preferred.
    • Has a  consistent record of leading strategic initiatives in HR outsourcing.
    • Strong communicator, strong organizing abilities and process-oriented work style.
    • Driven and Assertive and ability to work independently.
    • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills with a high attention to detail.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to  work well in collaborative situations.
    • Must has minimum of 3 years working experience on HRM & multi-level ERP systems or similar systems.
    • Must be "fluent" in English

This role is responsible for attaining monthly or annual sales targets of assigned market with profitable margins and establishing strategic business relations with customers including providing high class customer service and building long term relation with our clients for the benifit of our company. 

  • Develop, acquire, maintain and improve business relations with all assigned key accounts (Clients, Leads, Customers) by providing support, recommendation, solution, information and guidance.
  • Monitor A/R aging for assigned key accounts.
  • To meet agreed monthly and annual sales quotas/ target.
  • Ensure Sales Reports are prepared accurately within deadlines.
  • To promote company products or to initiate sales prospecting of the company product.
  • To develop proposal to expand sales in existing accounts.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending discussions, meetings, workshops; establishing personal networks or reviewing professional publications.
  • To continuously maintain a close working rapport with customers through sincere and efficient services.
  • To initiate reports on customers complaints for necessary correction /corrective actions and follow-up to ensure non-repetition.
  • To ensure that all specifications are accurate and requirements effectively communicated to relevant departments involved.
  • To visit clients in their locations based on any task requirements.
